Dota 2 - getting to know the game
A standard match in Dota 2 is a confrontation between two teams, Light and Darkness. Each team has: 5 players; 1 throne; 3 lines (upper, middle and lower) leading to the throne; 12 towers (4 in each lane) that hit enemies in range; creeps - units that appear periodically, move along the lines, attack enemies and buildings. Throne of Light (left) and Darkness (right) The goal of the game is to destroy all the towers in at least one lane and break the enemy throne. What a new player needs to know For the destruction of buildings, killing creeps and enemy heroes, experience and gold are given. Experience is needed to level up and learn new abilities. Gold - to buy artifacts that provide benefits. When you first enter Dota 2, the player is offered to go through training. Do not neglect it - there you can get acquainted with the game interface, learn the basic concepts and control features. It is impossible to deal with this during a real match - the opponents will notice and kill the "lost" player, and the allies will throw out a wave of indignation. If there is a feeling of insecurity, you can report this to your teammates in the chat - there is a chance that mistakes will be treated with understanding. Well-coordinated teamwork can lead to victory, even if the opponents are stronger. You need to pay attention to important messages in the chat and signals on the map. Notify allies that the enemy has left the lane, taken a rune, or bought some item (you can look into the enemy's inventory by clicking on it while it is within sight). It is important to keep an eye on the mini-map - the situation on it can change unpredictably and require a quick response. You need to soberly assess your capabilities and learn from mistakes. You should not rush into the crowd of opponents alone, you need to avoid battles under enemy towers, watch animations and dodge powerful attacks. Until the player has fully mastered Dota 2 (and this can take many months), do not neglect Dota 2 guides - experienced players share effective builds and strategy in them. Attention! Some characters look different than usual - this happens when the player has item sets. This is a pure "cosmetic" type that does not provide any advantages in combat. Pudge transformation with set items How to change language Changing the language in Dota 2 is easy - to do this, you need to go to Steam and follow these steps: Open the game library and find Dota 2 boost. Right click on it and click "Properties". In the window that appears, find the “Language” tab, open it and select the one you need. There are other guides for changing the language, but this method is the easiest and most convenient.
